- Discreet packaging: All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes — no product names or logos anywhere on the outside.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
- Wrong or damaged items: If we shipped the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping. No need to return the item in most cases.
- Unopened products: Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
- Opened personal care items: For health and hygiene reasons, opened incontinence, ostomy, urology, and wound care products cannot be returned. If you're unsure about sizing, ask us before you order — we're glad to help you choose.
