Welcome to Diaper Store Canada (diaperstore.ca) and Diaper Store USA (diaperstoreusa.com). Both websites are operated by 1001615492 Ontario Inc. By using either website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Products and information
We supply home medical products for personal use. Product descriptions are provided for general information and are not medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider when selecting and using medical products.
Orders and pricing
- Prices on diaperstore.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Prices on diaperstoreusa.com are in US dollars (USD).
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by such an error. Order confirmations are sent by email; an order is accepted when it ships.
Shipping
- diaperstore.ca ships across Canada.
- diaperstoreusa.com ships within the United States. US orders ship within 1–2 business days and most arrive 2–5 business days after they ship; standard shipping is $7.00 USD, or free on orders of $100 USD or more.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. See our Shipping policy for details.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which covers orders from both websites.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
