- Several buyers like that the chairs are light enough to move in and out of the tub.
- Several reviewers say the adjustable legs made it easy to set a comfortable seat height.
- The Premium Series chair with back and arms is often called comfortable and solid.
−Common complaints
- Several buyers received units with missing screws, misaligned holes or unclear instructions.
- Some chairs and benches turned out too wide or bulky for smaller tubs and showers.
- A number of reviewers report cracked seats, bent frames or snapped plastic legs within weeks or months of use.
- The knock-down bench with padded arms draws repeated comments that it feels light or wobbly under weight.
!Buying tips
- Measure the inside width of your tub or shower and compare it with the chair's leg footprint and seat height range before buying.
- Tighten every screw and leg pin at assembly and check them regularly.
- Check the weight capacity on the product page, and heavier users should look at the bariatric benches.
