How to use

Adults: Take 1 to 4 capsules per day. Kids & teens (9-18yrs old): Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times per day. Kids (4-8yrs): 1 capsule per day. To prevent choking, do not allow children under 6 years old to swallow a capsule whole. Open capsule and mix content with food or drink.
